What does Alcance Aero LLC do?
Alcance Aero LLC sources, sells and supports aircraft parts for fixed wing and rotary wing operators, working with distributors, manufacturers and certificated repair stations. We handle everything from locating a specific part number to coordinating shipment and documentation.
Which manufacturers and aircraft families do you support?
We source parts across a range of manufacturers and aircraft families, spanning both fixed wing and rotary wing platforms. If your specific aircraft or engine family is not listed, contact us with the part number and we will confirm availability.
How do I request a quote?
Send us the part number, quantity and acceptable condition through our contact channels, and we will start sourcing right away. You can also include your aircraft registration or tail number so we can confirm applicability.
What is the typical response time for a quote?
We aim to respond to quote requests within 24 business hours. Confirmed AOG requests are prioritized ahead of standard quotes and typically receive a faster response.
What information should I include in a quote request?
The most useful quote request includes the part number, the quantity needed, the condition you can accept, and the aircraft tail number or model. The more detail you provide, the faster we can confirm availability and pricing.
How does the exchange program work?
Under an exchange arrangement, we ship a serviceable or overhauled unit against the return of your removed core, so the aircraft can fly again without waiting for your own unit to be repaired. Exchange terms, including the core return window, are set out in the quote.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are defined in each quote and can vary by transaction and by customer relationship. Reach out with your request and we will confirm the applicable terms along with the pricing.
What part conditions do you supply?
We supply parts across the standard industry conditions, from factory new to overhauled, serviceable and as removed. Every quote states the condition being offered so you can decide what fits your maintenance program.
What documentation comes with a part?
Documentation depends on the part's condition and history, but typically includes a release certificate such as an FAA Form 8130-3 or EASA Form 1, or a certificate of conformance from the seller. We provide the paperwork that applies to the specific unit you are buying.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on delivered parts?
Return and exchange terms are agreed at the time of quote and depend on the part and the transaction type. Contact us before installation if you have a concern about a delivered part, since return options are more limited once a unit has been installed.
What is AOG and how do I request AOG support?
AOG means Aircraft On Ground, a situation where a missing or failed part keeps an aircraft from flying. Contact us through our AOG channel with the part number and tail number, and we will prioritize sourcing and shipping to get the aircraft flying again.
Is AOG support available outside normal business hours?
Confirmed AOG cases receive support outside our standard business hours, since a grounded aircraft cannot wait for the next business day. Standard, non AOG requests are handled during regular hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally and prepare export documentation for each shipment. Carrier and routing choices depend on the part, the destination and how urgent the shipment is.
How does importing a part into Brazil work?
For shipments into Brazil, we prepare the export side documentation, such as invoice and packing list, aligned with what your importer and customs broker need for clearance. We coordinate directly with your customs broker, but the import process itself, including ANAC and Receita Federal formalities, is handled on your side by your importer of record.
