Why operators come back

Sourcing is the easy part. Getting it right is the work.

Anyone can forward a part number to a supplier list. What keeps an aircraft flying is knowing which condition fits the job, which paperwork the inspector will accept and how to move the box across a border without it sitting in a warehouse.
  • A real supply network

Manufacturers, distributors, certificated repair stations and operator surplus. We work every channel until the part number is found, including alternates and superseded numbers.

  • Paperwork stated up front

The quote tells you the condition and the release document before you commit. No part leaves without the trace your quality system needs to accept it.

  • AOG that answers

An aircraft on ground is a phone call, not a web form. Two direct lines, in the United States and in Brazil, covered seven days a week.

  • A team that speaks your language

English, Portuguese, Spanish and German. Technical requests lose detail in translation, so we take them in the language you think in.

Capabilities

From a single line item to a full support program

Outright purchase, exchange, loan or consignment. We adapt to how your operation manages inventory, not the other way around.
  • AOG Support

When an aircraft is grounded, we prioritize sourcing, quoting and shipping to get the part moving as fast as the supply chain allows.

  • Parts Sourcing

We locate the part number you need across our network of manufacturers, distributors and certificated repair stations, then quote it with full traceability.

  • Exchange & Loan

Exchange programs and short term loans keep an aircraft flying while your unit is repaired or while a replacement is sourced.

  • Outright Sale

Straightforward purchase of a part with no core return or exchange obligation attached.

  • Consignment

We list and sell your surplus inventory to our buyer network, so it generates return without tying up your own sales resources.

  • Repair Management

We coordinate the shipment of your unit to a certificated repair station and track it through evaluation, repair and return.

  • Logistics & Export

We prepare shipments for international transit, coordinating carriers and export paperwork so the part arrives with its documentation intact.

  • Brazil Import Support

We prepare the export side documentation and coordinate with your importer and customs broker so the part clears smoothly on the Brazilian side.

Part conditions

Know exactly what you are buying

Condition codes are not marketing language, they carry a specific meaning and a specific level of documentation. Here is what each one means when it appears on our quote.
  • FNFactory New

Never installed and shipped directly from the original manufacturer, with zero operating time or cycles. This is the highest confidence condition available, since the part has not left the OEM's controlled chain of custody.

  • NENew

Unused and with zero operating time, but sourced through a distributor's stock rather than shipped straight from the OEM production line. Functionally equivalent to factory new for installation purposes.

  • NSNew Surplus

New and never installed, but obtained outside the manufacturer's original distribution channel, usually as surplus stock from an operator or MRO shop. Condition is equivalent to new, though the paper trail back to the OEM may be shorter.

  • OHOverhauled

Disassembled, inspected, repaired and tested by a certified repair station following the manufacturer's overhaul manual. For the parameters covered by that manual, the part returns to a zero time baseline, even though the physical unit is not new.

  • SVServiceable

Inspected and approved for installation, but without a full overhaul. The part retains its accumulated operating time, and any life limited components keep counting from where they were.

  • RPRepaired

A specific defect was corrected by a certified repair station, without a full overhaul of the unit. Accumulated operating time is retained, and the repair addresses only the discrepancy that was found.

  • INInspected

Examined and found airworthy in its current state, without any repair work performed. This condition confirms the part is safe to install as is, based on the inspection criteria applied.

  • ARAs Removed

Removed from an aircraft or assembly with no inspection performed afterward. Actual condition is unknown until a certified repair station evaluates the part, so buyers should budget for testing before installation.

  • BERBeyond Economical Repair

The cost of repair exceeds the value of the part, so it is not returned to service. These units are typically sold for material recovery or as an internal source of spare components.

How it works

Four steps, no guessing

The process is deliberately simple, because when an aircraft is waiting, every extra round trip costs a day.
  1. 01

    Send the request

Part number, quantity, acceptable condition and the aircraft tail number. Anything you can add about the removal helps us find alternates.

  2. 02

    We source and quote

We work our network and come back with availability, condition, lead time and price. Routine requests within one business day.

  3. 03

    Documentation and inspection

We confirm the release document, verify the trace and inspect the part before it ships, including shelf life and packaging requirements.

  4. 04

    Ship worldwide

Packed to ATA 300 where required, with dangerous goods handled under IATA rules and the export documentation your importer needs.

Brazil desk

A United States supplier that speaks Portuguese

Buying parts from abroad is not only a purchasing decision, it is a documentation problem. Our team handles the export side in Portuguese and coordinates with your importer and customs broker so the shipment does not stall.
  • Quotes, invoices and technical questions handled in Portuguese
  • Export documentation prepared for the Brazilian import process
  • Coordination with your customs broker and freight forwarder
  • Guidance on what tends to delay clearance, before it happens

Who you talk to

A small team, on purpose

You will not be routed through a call center. The same people quote your part, chase the paperwork and answer when something goes wrong.

    President

I have always had a passion for aviation. My fate was sealed when I piloted a plane for the first time at age 14. After years working with helicopters, and later with commercial and military aviation, I decided to start my own company. General aviation is rewarding precisely because of the challenges it presents in supporting such a wide range of aircraft, and I consider it a privilege to work directly with owners and hear all of your different stories. Outside the office, you will find me hiking, fishing, or firing up the grill.

Managing an air club in Brazil sparked my interest in aviation, especially the maintenance side of it. Having had the good fortune to live in several countries also gave me a real appreciation for different cultures and languages, so feel free to reach out for parts in English, Portuguese, Spanish, or German. When I am not at work, you will likely find me in the garden with my pets.

Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.
