What your importer needs on the Brazilian side
Clearance in Brazil runs through your customs broker, not through us. As general orientation, your importer will typically need: an active RADAR registration, a licensed customs broker handling the entry, the correct NCM tariff classification for the part, an import license when the item requires one, and any technical documentation ANAC may request for that specific part. Your customs broker is the one who executes clearance and confirms exactly what applies to your shipment.
What tends to delay clearance

Alcance Aero supports the Brazilian import process with export documentation and coordination with your importer and freight forwarder. We are not a customs broker and do not provide tax or tariff consulting. Clearance in Brazil is executed by the customs broker of your choice.
How does importing a part into Brazil work?
For shipments into Brazil, we prepare the export side documentation, such as invoice and packing list, aligned with what your importer and customs broker need for clearance. We coordinate directly with your customs broker, but the import process itself, including ANAC and Receita Federal formalities, is handled on your side by your importer of record.
