We are a small team, not a call center. The people who quote your part are the same people who chase the paperwork and answer the phone when something goes wrong.
Why this work matters
We know how important it is for you to make it to your next destination. You might be using your aircraft to get to a meeting, take the family on a trip, or bring supplies somewhere remote. There are endless reasons an aircraft leaves the ground, and in every one of them, that aircraft is an extension of yourself.

How we work
Honesty about condition and lead time
If a part is used and untested, we say so. If a lead time is uncertain, we say that too. A quote you can trust is worth more than one that only sounds good.
Documentation before anything else
We confirm the release document and the trace to source before we quote a price, not after. You should never be surprised by paperwork at receiving inspection.
Urgency treated as urgency
An aircraft on ground is a phone call, not a ticket in a queue. AOG requests are handled ahead of routine work, seven days a week.
A direct relationship, no middleman
You talk to the person sourcing your part. No account manager standing between you and the answer you need.

I have always had a passion for aviation. My fate was sealed when I piloted a plane for the first time at age 14. After years working with helicopters, and later with commercial and military aviation, I decided to start my own company. General aviation is rewarding precisely because of the challenges it presents in supporting such a wide range of aircraft, and I consider it a privilege to work directly with owners and hear all of your different stories. Outside the office, you will find me hiking, fishing, or firing up the grill.

Managing an air club in Brazil sparked my interest in aviation, especially the maintenance side of it. Having had the good fortune to live in several countries also gave me a real appreciation for different cultures and languages, so feel free to reach out for parts in English, Portuguese, Spanish, or German. When I am not at work, you will likely find me in the garden with my pets.
